Jackie Giblin
Having over 20 years experience within the IT industry, Jackie can provide a wealth of knowledge across both the telephony and data technologies and delivery of these to both small and medium sized companies. She has occupied sales and consultancy roles for companies such as Nortel and Cisco Systems and more recently, successfully managed the BT Local Business for Aylesbury providing solutions from the BT portfolio to customers. This role provided a great insight into the issues faced by companies when making decisions about technology and linking that with their business aims. In EJD, Jackie will be acting as customer liaison providing consultancy services to customers and support for Eamonn and Dave.
Dave Giblin
Dave got into Telecommunications as a Development Engineer at Ferranti GTE shortly after the privatisation of the UK market. He was involved with the introduction of new Digital PBX technology from 1985 moving into Technical Support and Product Management at Siemens & GPT. He progressed through Project Management and Technical Sales before moving into Direct Sales with Call Centre specialists Aspect in the early 1990s.
Dave then spent over a decade with the Global Communications giants Nortel and Cisco before most recently becoming the Managing Director of the BT Local Business for Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead and High Wycombe.
This Sales organisation exposed Dave to all areas of the communications business both as a customer and Service Provider.
He now understands all the IT challenges of any Small or Medium Enterprise and together with Jackie and Eamonn is in a position to help you meet your business goals while we ensure you can rely on hassle free IT.
Eamonn Wallace
Eamonn Wallace has 15 years experience working within computer network support, installation and design. The ranges from legacy X25 networks to present day technology. Starting out as a customer support specialist working on 2 global networks for SITA based out of West London. The past 10 years he has worked as a contractor in both the UK and Holland, developing a vast amount of experience on several large IT projects including the NHS SPINE network. Keeping up to date with all the latest IT network technologies.
Eamonn founded CP Networks Ltd a local support IT company 4 years ago initially offering specialist services like satellite broadband to local rural businesses, this portfolio rapidly developed into a full range of IT support services from email hosting to desktop support. Providing both remote and on site support to all clients. The company ethos was simple, unbiased, cost effective IT support. Ensuring the client is aware of all its current and future needs.
