Mark is one of our Microsoft Certified Support Engineers with over 10 years experience in the IT Industry. He has worked in various roles and has gained valued knowledge in most areas. Having worked for a number of smaller companies, he has an excellent understanding of the business issues created by IT problems.

Jason Clarke, Network Consultant, CCIE 6948

Over 12 years experience in the telecommunications networking arena providing complex LAN and WAN design solutions incorporating the latest networking technology. He has provided consultancy services to a number of business sectors including the financial sector, the Service Provider industry, hardware and network providers and professional services companies. He is keen to investigate new technologies and how they can be incorporated into networking projects; these projects can range from a small business environment to a large global corporate company.

Sandra Thompson, Training Manager

Sandra gained a teaching degree in 1991 and started her career as a lecturer at an Oxfordshire college. After a period of teaching abroad she returned to become a software trainer, consultant and Microsoft certified trainer for a training and consultancy company. Here, she developed and delivered Microsoft and bespoke software training packages to a number of companies from large corporate clients to smaller businesses.  In 1998 she started her own business, where in addition to software training and consultancy, Sandra furthered her interest in database and Microsoft Applications development for clients to use their IT business software more efficiently.

Sandra excels at communicating from a basic level through to complex in a straight forward, understandable manner, and is passionate about helping businesses and end-users get the best out of their employees’ use of software.

As A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Leo has been working within IT for over 10 years. He has worked for organisations such as HP, BT and Anglian Water where he has just designed and supported an  Anti Virus solution for 8000 Desktops and servers.
